Kosas is a beauty brand I’ve been using for a long time. It all started with their creamy brightening concealer over five years ago and since then, I’ve incorporated several of their products into my makeup routine. As a brand I use and love, I’m always recommending Kosas products to friends, on Instagram, and gifting some of my favorites when the holidays roll around. So, I’m excited to finally be sharing a full review of the brand! From tinted moisturizer and lip products to foundation, this clean beauty brand has all of the products you need for a glowing face.
Revealer Concealer was the first product that I tried from Kosas and what started my obsession with their products. I was even lucky enough to be part of their brand campaign in 2020 for this super creamy concealer. To this day, this is still one of my favorite products in my makeup bag!
I have never been one to wear tons of makeup so when I do, I want the products I use to be quick, easy, and can’t mess up, and Kosas is just that. Plus, most of their products are clinically proven to actually make your skin look better, which is why I love that their brand ethos is “clean makeup for skincare freaks.”

Launched in 2015, Kosas is a clean beauty brand founded by Sheena Zadeh-Daly, who fell in love with makeup at a young age. She was constantly experimenting with products which led her to study biology in college and to discover that facial oils were the secret to managing her oily, acne-prone skin in college. This, partnered with being sensorially sensitive, inspired her to create a better-for-you makeup brand that took care of your skin and have the lightest formulas.
Kosas goes beyond banned lists and is constantly formulating, testing, and innovating to continue to push the beauty industry, and their products, forward. Revealer Brightening Concealer
My favorite Kosas product by far is the Revealer Concealer. It’s super creamy and provides great coverage and is great for sensitive skin. It covers blemishes and redness so easily, too!
On days that I don’t want to wear a full face of makeup or just want to brighten up my complexion, I’ll use this product to hide dark circles and redness around my nose and quickly blend it with a makeup sponge or my fingers.
This concealer also does not crease! As someone who is frequently in front of the camera and working long days, having a concealer I know won’t crease and get cakey through the day is crucial.
I wear shade 5.5 in this product.
Revealer Skin Improving Foundation
I don’t typically wear foundation on a day-to-day basis but after loving the Revealer Concealer so much, I knew I had to try the foundation, too. Surprisingly, I ended up loving it! What I am most impressed by with the Revealer Foundation is the instant result. After applying, my skin has an even, nearly perfect-looking complexion.
I have combination skin, so I always aim for a healthy glow without an overly dewy experience and the Revealer Foundation is just that. It also leaves my pores nearly invisible!
This medium-coverage foundation is my go-to on days I want fuller coverage or have a long day in front of the camera. It’s available in 36 shades, is great for all skin types, and has Broad Spectrum SPF 25.
Lip Oil Gloss
I love this Wet Lip Oil Gloss! It stays in place and has the perfect amount of shine. I have several colors! It’s an easy “throw in your bag and go” gloss that hydrates thanks to ingredients like avocado oil, konjac root, and shea butter.
If you’re looking for a zero-color clear gloss, try the Jellyfish shade.
Undress Eyeshadow Palette
After years of wearing Kosas’ products, I was so excited when they launched their Undress Eyeshadow Palette last year. It has eight talc-free neutral shades ranging from an off-white to a deep brown. Out of the eight shades, seven are matte and one is a stunning shimmery peach color. It’s a great palette if you’re looking for classic nude shades that will match any makeup look. The formula is velvety soft and powdery, and it’s easy to apply.
The eyeshadow formula includes ingredients like shea butter, cucumber extract, squalane, and vitamin E, making each shade easy to apply and extremely blendable.
Most days I will just use my finger to apply the eyeshadow to my lid, but I also use the eyeshadow brush in this set or this eyeshadow brush from the brand.
BB Burst
Kosas BB Burst Tinted Gel Cream is perfect for someone who is looking for barely there coverage. It’s virtually weightless, glides onto the skin easily, and beautifully evens out your complexion.
This gel cream has a natural finish, and of all my coverage products, is probably one of the lightest. It feels like a moisturizer with a subtle tint, and your skin looks like skin after application.
It’s a product when you want even skin but don’t want to wear a ton of makeup. Since it’s so lightweight, it’s a great option for hot summer days. If you’re looking for full coverage, you probably want to skip BB Burst.
Air Brow Gel
There is nothing better than brows that are perfectly in place and the Kosas Air Brow Gel is a favorite brow product of mine.
This brow gel is filled with so many good ingredients including castor oil to help nourish your brows, panthenol provitamin B5 to hydrate your brows, and biotinoyl dipeptide 1, which supports hair growth and health. It also includes biodegradable plant-based microfibers to boost brow volume and fullness!
I love that the Air Brow Gel is so easy to apply, too! It truly is foolproof. All you have to do is fluff it into your brows and brush to set your brows in place. I prefer the clear formula, but if you want added color to your brows, there are several shades available.
cloud Set
Just when I thought Kosas couldn’t make a better product, they launched the Cloud Set Powder. And let me tell you, it’s a product unlike any other.
While setting powder in a compact isn’t revolutionary, this formula is unlike any setting powder I’ve ever used. It’s virtually weightless and helps to control shine and set makeup without eliminating any dewiness you worked for.
The formula includes bamboo stem extract to reduce shine, passion leaf extract to smooth, and peony extract to minimize the look of pores.
