Maybe it was the near 100-degree weather we had last week in LA, but summer is coming in hot (literally) which means one thing for my closet: it’s almost time to say goodbye to wearing pants! Okay, while I love myself some denim (I did work in the denim industry, after all), when the temperatures rise there’s nothing worse than being stuck in a pair of jeans. Every year I find myself with more dresses. And if there’s one dress you need in your closet for the incoming sunny days ahead, it’s a white dress. Today I’m sharing a handful of my favorite white dresses for spring and summer and they’re all under $150.
White Dresses for Spring and Summer
There’s a little something for everyone in this list, but I’m loving longer maxi lengths like this seersucker dress with a smocked waist and front tie from Madewell. (FYI: I’m wearing my normal size, a size small.)
I’m usually not a fan of cutouts but I love this dress for a nice brunch or vacation dinner. I think the cutouts are strategically placed to be airy without showing so much skin where you may feel uncomfortable. Speaking of vacation, this easy popover tunic would be a great piece to throw into your suitcase to go over a swimsuit or to wear to dinner as well.
I also love this eyelet mini white dress with puff sleeves. It’s giving LoveShackFancy vibes without the hefty price tag!
