We are already over halfway through January – how are you feeling? It took me a little bit to get back into the swing of things after a whirlwind December (Park City, Jackson Hole, and London). But since the first two weeks were slower with everyone coming back from vacation, I focused on the extra time I had not replying to emails to set myself up for the new year. That meant updating contacts, my media kit, and making a list of “reach” brands I hope to work with this year.
At the end of 2019 I got away from my Fashion Finds Under $100 posts, but on Stories a lot of you said that the under $100 range was right in your sweet spot when it came to more normal, non-special event purchases. So, without further delay, here are my fashion picks for January – all under $100.
You’ll find cozy sweaters to get you through winter, one of my favorite winter coat brands on major sale, and a pair of Golden Goose dupes.

Here are a few standouts from the collage below:
Striped fringe sweater
I love any excuse to wear fringe. This striped sweater is fun, but the colors are still neutral, making it very easy to wear with what you probably already have in your closet. It was originally under $100 already, but currently on sale for $67. I sized up for a baggier fit and am wearing a medium.
Lived-in Faded Black Jeans
I have a love hate relationship with Levi’s because sometimes the sizing can be funny for my body, but these are my favorite pair of I’ve ever owned. Go up one size on these because there’s no stretch. The faded black is basically gray, so it’s not as harsh of a contract when wearing lighter colors, and a great color to transition into spring.
I partnered with Bernardo Fashions last year to bring you a couple of different but equally amazing winter coats. I love their coats, and their puffers pack down into a teeny tiny bag, so perfect to save space and for travel. There are a ton of Bernardo coats on sale right now at Nordstrom under $100. If it’s still cold where you are and you still need a coat, then act fast – sizes are dwindling.
Yes, these sneakers look just like Golden Goose but under $100, which is why they are in this post. Enough said.
Black Floral Dress
Moody florals were big for fall, and even now still in winter. I love this long floral dress for now and later. Grab some tights and boots, then put under a longer coat to keep warm. As the temps start to rise, swap out your boots for classic white sneakers and ditch the coat.
