I’m swinging on in here today to let you know I have found the perfect outfit for those in-between fall weather days: the denim jumpsuit.
On those fall days when you want to be comfy, but also look put together, reach for a denim jumpsuit. It’s an easy, one-and-done piece to get you out the door in a flash.
Here are a handful of my favorites.

The 4-1-1 On My Denim Jumpsuit
This super comfy, easy to wear jumpsuit is from Everlane. It comes in two blue denim washes, a black denim, and a really cool mustard color. I’ve had this jumpsuit for a few years now and it’s the one piece I probably grab the most when I’m in a hurry and don’t have the brain power to put something together.
With its short sleeves and relaxed straight legs, this denim jumpsuit is perfect for those days when you want to look cute without sacrificing comfort.
SIZE NOTE: Normally Everlane offers ankle length options, but unfortunately, they don’t with this denim jumpsuit. I’m wearing a size 6 and just cuffed the bottoms. I’m 5’4” for reference. It’s a little loose because I was worried my normal size 4 would be too tight, but I think I could have done the 4 and it would have fit just fine. Unless you have a long torso, this runs TTS (true to size).
Here are 5 other affordable denim jumpsuit options:
Under $100 Denim Jumpsuit
This long sleeve denim jumpsuit comes in at just under $100. For a top and a bottom wrapped into one look, that’s a win for me!
I’d wear this on chillier days because of the long sleeves, and pair it with some lug sole boots.
Zip-Up Denim Jumpsuit
It can’t get any easier getting dressed than with this zip-up jumpsuit. Just slide on the legs, zip, and go! This jumpsuit from Madewell is perfect for those who can’t be bothered with buttons.
Wide Leg Jumpsuit
If you’re looking to dress up your jumpsuit, consider a wide leg jumpsuit paired with heels.
Keep the self-belt for a full denim look or swap it out with a belt of your own.
Black Jumpsuit
If blue denim isn’t for you (or you already have a blue jumpsuit), then try a black jumpsuit!
I love the contrast stitching and elastic side panels.
Comes in the Most Colors Jumpsuit
The Free People Marci Coverall jumpsuit has been a staple for the boho brand for years.
If you’re looking for a variety of colors or denim washes, chances are you’ll find a jumpsuit you like with this style.
More Ways to Style Your Jumpsuit
I’m wearing my denim jumpsuit as is, with easy velcro sneakers. I love this look for the farmer’s market, running errands, and even for travel/long car trips. If you’re in the mood to step is up a bit, here are a few other ways to style a denim jumpsuit:
- Layer a slouchy, open cardigan over your jumpsuit for a casual, weekend look.
- Try wearing a tee, tank top or turtleneck under your jumpsuit, then unbutton a few buttons on the front.
- Cuff the sleeves (works with long sleeves or short sleeves).
- Swap out sneakers for strappy sandals for a more fashion-forward, date night look.
- If your jumpsuit has belt loops, try adding a fun statement belt. (If your jumpsuit comes with its own belt, don’t be afraid to swap it for another!)
