This lace top with statement sleeves is totally the star of the show here. Obviously, the sleeves are so dreamy, but I absolutely adore the lace detail and the mock neck, too! It’s just as beautiful in real life; it looks like a designer piece even though it costs the fraction of one (under $100!). I just adore it and it really think it would look amazing on anyone.

The mock neck fastens with a few buttons in the back. I’m funny about high necks sometimes because they can be itchy or uncomfortable, but I didn’t find this at all on this lace top. A lot of lace pieces tend to only come with the shell, forcing you to buy a cami, but this came with the under layer so the shell fits perfectly over it. I’m typically a small but I went with a medium on this. The small fit me everywhere else except the upper arms. So, if you have skinny arms then I’d go TTS otherwise go up one size.
Since the lace top has a lot of things going on, I paired it with these classic Levi’s blue jeans with a frayed hem. I love Levi’s because they’re such a classic brand but also a great price, letting me splurge on other things like bags and shoes. Just like the top, this pair of jeans is also under $100. A quick sizing note – since these jeans only have 1% elastane so they are very low stretch. I had to size up so I recommend you do the same.
I added a pop of pattern with this calfskin clutch, and finished the look with some texture on the pom-poms of the sandals. These sandals are old Zara ones but I found this similar pair with cute tassels and almost every size is still available. Isn’t this leopard print clutch cute? I love how I can use it on it’s own or throw it into a larger tote.
I’m so thankful that it’s starting to cool off so that I can start experimenting with some fun fall fashion. Classic jeans with a statement top like this is totally on trend for fall. I’m so excited to shoot a couple more looks like this in the coming months. Let me know what you think of this look!
P.S. I’ve also just started a Pinterest board of fall fashion inspo. If you’re not following me over there, go do it and let’s be friends!
