Two weeks ago, I posted a look with these cropped wide leg jeans. I love this silhouette so much, so I searched the web to round up a bunch of jeans in this style you. Normally I am a sucker for my skinny jeans, but this is such a wonderful silhouette to give your calves and ankles a break from tight fabric.
I’m wearing the Halsey fit from Citizens of Humanity. Truthfully, I never thought of myself as someone who would look good in cropped wide leg jeans, but after seeing a handful of equal height girls on Instagram looking cute in them, I went for it. I’m wearing heeled booties here to give myself some height, but these cropped wide leg jeans look just as cute with mules.
To make sure they are the right length (and to keep proportions right), aim for a couple of inches above the ankle or mid calf. If there’s one thing I’ve learned from being 5’4”, it’s that you can embrace trends like these as long you have the right fit.
