Plaid & leather is a no fail combo for me because I can wear this outfit with flats during the day and then trade the shoes in for ankle strap heels. Leather is always just edgy enough but still sophisticated since it’s such a luxurious fabric.
I paired this with a plaid shirt to play up the tomboy feel of the leather, but what I love about it is that it’s actually silk. It’s a bit more elevated than the typical flannel ones you’d find, and now that it’s getting hotter in LA, it’s also weather appropriate.
