As a beauty junkie myself, I’m always in heaven come holiday season with gift sets, limited-edition prints, and major self-care splurges.
I’m such a sucker for those little ornaments that beauty brands make with minis inside. Exhibit A: This lipstick duo ornament by Armani that features their iconic red shade in both a matte and liquid form.
This Laura Mercier eye and cheek palette is the perfect present for someone who wants their makeup all in one place, or for the jet setter who wants to travel light. Coordinating colors mean you can mix and match without a worry. NARS just released this Sephora exclusive eye palette with pretty nudes and purples. I saw this on Marianna Hewitt’s Instagram stories, and the colors are SO gorgeous, the product photo on the website doesn’t do them justice. Use as shadow or liner, wet or dry, for ultimate versatility. Bobbi Brown always has very pretty holiday packing and this year they did not disappoint. This highlight duo is pretty on it’s own, but the cover features glitter that swirls around under the logo. It’s oddly satisfying to tip is side to side.
If hair is more your gift recipient’s thing, treat them to this set from Drybar. They tricked out their normally yellow hairdryer with silver glitter, and threw in some products to boot. I am a HUGE fan of their dry shampoo and this glittery hair dryer is just too adorable and such a fun gadget. Oribe makes wonderful products and there’s no time like the present to indulge your friend or yourself to their cult classic Dry Texturing Spray. There’s a travel size of the spray included, as well as a travel size of their dry shampoo.
I love sheet masks because they quickly absorb serums and vitamins directly onto your skin in 15 minutes while you can accomplish other things (or just watch Netflix). Joanna Vargas makes amazing masks and this set features a sampler of 4 full face masks plus a special one just for eyes. She’s a celebrity esthetician who created her own line of natural, results-driven cruelty products.
