Nude sandals. Usually I am the biggest proponent of them because they go with everything. And nine times out of ten, I’d say they’re the perfect wedding shoe. Chances are, my stylish friend, you already know this.
Instead of sharing my favorite nude sandals for your upcoming wedding you’re attending, I’m flipping the switch. Step out of the safety of nude sandals this time. I encourage you this wedding season to add a little bling to your step.
Opt for fun metallic sandals instead! Silver and gold instantly dress up any wedding guest look, and to be honest, metallic sandals are way more fun to wear than a nude heel.

But first, I want to spotlight a couple of my favorites because I had so much fun going through pages of shiny goodness.
These jeweled silver Schutz shoes are my absolute favorites and my top pick here. The ankle strap is minimal, but the studded crossover detail above the toes is just gorgeous. Would you believe me if I told you that they look like a million bucks but are only $116?! I love the idea of wearing these with a sleek, long gown so that the shoes can pop.
If you’re not sure about silver or gold, why not go for both? Mixing metallics is a total do, and these Kate Spade sandals are low enough to keep on all night while you dance. (They’re on sale, so snag ’em, before they sell out!)
I’m a big fan of being in comfortable shoes for weddings, so why not opt for a dressy flat sandal? There are a handful I found that are great low options for weddings, but these champagne satin sandals with beading are my favorite. (Plus they’re only $80!)
If you’re looking for a more traditional ankle strap style, then you can’t go wrong with these simple silver ones. I also love these gold sandals with the scalloped detail; it’s adds something extra while maintaining simplicity.
