I used to be the person who’d hit the ground running in January and by the end of the month, I already felt tired.

Over the last few years, I’ve taken a different approach to the new year, using cozy December nights and slower workdays to calmly think through my goals and intentions.

It helps bring clarity to what I’m working toward, and I’m able to start the new year focused, grounded, and with clarity, rather than feeling like I’m already behind.
