The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is a great time of year to treat yourself to amazing items that you wouldn’t normally buy. I wrote a whole other post on buying investment pieces and what I look for before I drop big dollars. I always like to save up money before the sale and then limit myself to one pricey item, and then save on look alike from my top priced items. The thing is, where do you splurge vs. save?
If you look hard enough, you’ll find that there are always low, mid, and high prices ranges for items that look like each other. Nordstrom does a fantastic job at offering similar items at all different price ranges, so I can really pick and choose where I want to spend my “splurge” money one.
