WOW you guys. NYFW came and went and I’m currently on my couch trying to get over the most terrible cough. I haven’t worked out in days but I guess being sick is forcing me to write these long overdue blog posts.
I’ll be sharing my NYC looks in the upcoming weeks but since I’m back in Los Angeles I wanted to mix up my recent city streets with this LA winter gray cashmere sweater look.
Last year I discovered the brand Autumn Cashmere (you may remember this other gray sweater). I’ve been addicted to their items ever since. Cashmere is always a splurge but I can honestly say that they make some of the softest sweaters I’ve ever held in my hands. For me, if you’re going to spend a lot of money on something it better be a closet staple like cashmere.
This cute cropped gray cashmere sweater with the tie is so sweet; it reminds me a little bit of my days in ballet class. The cropped silhouette gives it a modern flair. Quite honestly I needed something other than an oversized sweater in my closet. This is perfect! Since it is cropped and v-neck, it’s a perfect topper for in-between weather days that LA seems to have this time of year.
I know I keep wearing these A Gold E jeans but they really go with everything so I’m going to keep wearing them until they kick the bucket. Since I’m on the shorter side I like to keep them cuffed, particularly with flats like this Chanel pair. You can only get these shoes in stores so I linked some dupes below.
I’m just starting to feel better form this cold. Hopefully this weekend Matt and I can go grab lunch and do something fun. Happy weekending!
