Caramel Apple Mimosa

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • Melted caramel or caramel sauce
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine, Champagne, or Prosecco
  • thin apple slices, for garnish

Method
 

  1. In one small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar. In another small bowl, the caramel. Dip the rim of each glass into the caramel and then the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  2. Fill each glass about 1/4 full with apple cider.
  3. Top off each glass with sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish each with one apple slice.
