Hi! I’m currently sitting at the Taiwan airport waiting for the second leg of our flight to Bali.
I’ll be sharing things in real time (or as close as I can to real time) on Instagram, I figured it would be easier to put everything I packed for Bali into one blog post at the start of my trip. This way as you follow along, you can just come back to this post and shop!
I’m here with two girl friends for a week of yoga and wellness and I cannot wait to eat all of the fruit and healthy things that Bali has to offer. The food these looks SO amazing.
I tried to link as much as I could here, but links weren’t available for all of my items. So, if you have any outfit or sizing questions, DM me on Instagram and I’ll do my best to reply.
J. Crew swimsuits fit me far better than most brands I have tried, so I bought the same style bikini in a floral print and a leopard print. Each top has a wider band below the cup portion, which I think looks super flattering on. The bikini bottoms aren’t too skimpy, stay on, and are comfy to wear without digging into your sides.
This black tank dress from Old Navy is only $8 and super versatile. I like to wear it as a cover up, but looks just as good if you wear it as a regular dress and add a necklace or some earrings. I’m a big fan of packing clothing options that you wear for multiple things/ways in case I change my mind while on vacation.
The same goes for this white linen button up shirt – wear as a cover up or pair with a pair of drapey shorts like these from Madewell.
I always like to bring a couple of basic color tanks in case I need an extra top. These cotton tanks from Target are all with me for this trip; I have one of each in white, gray, and black.
For footwear, I packed super minimal: just a pair of rose gold flip flops for the pool/beach; a pair of nude sandals and a pair of gold sandals (both will work for day or night); and my running sneakers.
