Caramel Apple Mimosa

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • Melted caramel or caramel sauce
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine, Champagne, or Prosecco
  • thin apple slices, for garnish

Instructions

  • In one small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar. In another small bowl, the caramel. Dip the rim of each glass into the caramel and then the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Fill each glass about 1/4 full with apple cider.
  • Top off each glass with sparkling wine.
  • Garnish each with one apple slice.
