Frozen Rose (Frosé)

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle rosé
  • 1 cup simple syrup (recipe above)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved with tops removed

Instructions

  • Pour the rosé, strawberries, and simple syrup into a blender and blender until combined
  • Strain mixture through a colander into a large, freezer-friendly dish. Cover, then freeze for att least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Remove dish from freezer, scraping the frozen mixture back into the blender. Blend to combine until your frozen rosé is fluffy. Serve immediately.
