With a couple of easy swaps, you’ll be able to take these jeans from day to night in a flash.
The Jeans

Day to Night
I wanted to keep things easy when taking these jeans from day to night. So, I swapped out two major pieces from yesterday (my sweatshirt and sneakers) then upgraded them with a black top and black heels.
Usually when I’m taking something from day to night, it’s because I’m on the go (or running late!). Therefore, I always find it easiest to just pick items in the same color to get out the door quicker.
The exception here is my bag. The bright blue adds a fun pop of color to an otherwise monochromatic look. (Here’s a really fun, under $100 bright blue bag to achieve the same look!)
I love this sheer polka dot blouse. It’s only $68 and the base layer tank is included (which I appreciate). I’m wearing a medium and it fits perfectly. I’m wearing it untucked here because I wanted to show off the cute elastic waist and peplum detail, but you could also tuck that part in to keep the focus on the waistband of the jeans.
My heels are Manolo Blahnik and a classic designer purchase (more on that coming to the blog soon!) but I’ve linked some more affordable black suede options below.
