Another week down! We made it! I’ve been racking up spring wish lists all over the Internet and today I’m sharing my top spring denim pieces on said lists.
I am such a sucker for a good pair of jeans thanks to years of working at different denim brands, and I always get so excited when there’s a major season change. New washes and silhouettes always inspire me, and there is something about a new pair of spring denim that boosts my creativity with existing pieces in my closet. This season I’m all about trying new fits, washes, and just having FUN with some non-traditional styles.
So, what’s on my wish list when it comes to spring denim? Let me show you!

MEDIUM BLUE JEANS
The first on my list is actually none of the above but rather a simple, pair of medium blue jeans. I love AGOLDE so much and this fit, “Pinch,” is a newer fit for me. (In January I proclaimed a pair of black jeans in the same style as my new favorite pair of jeans.) I love the black pair SO much that I have been eyeing this blue for a couple of months now. My current pair of jeans in this shade (by another brand) has completely shrunk, so I’m in need of an update anyway.
I always love this color blue because it’s really easy to wear during the day with a nice blouse to an event, out shopping, or lunch. But, you can also dress it up with a silky top and heeled sandals in the spring for dinner.
BACK SEAM DETAIL JEANS
The cropped jeans in the second slide above might look like a regular pair of jeans from the front, but they have the cutest seam detail along the back. I’m usually pretty minimal when it comes to dressing, and I don’t ever like to overdo it on accessories. So for me, the seam is a fun addition to up the ante on what would otherwise be a plain pair of jeans, even if I wore a basic tee. Since they are cropped, there’s also a good chance I won’t need to hem them, maybe just a cuff!
FADED OUT DENIM
I’ve worked with 7 For All Mankind not only in the corporate world but also as an influencer (For the record, I hate that word and it feels funny typing it now.) I’ve always loved their jeans and I feel like with 7 For All Mankind you always know what you’re going to get. And that, my friends, is comfort. They make great high-rise jeans (you might remember this IG post) and so I love that these are the same style I already love, but in a washed out, faded, super light denim.
WIDE LEG TROUSER JEANS
Okay, how fun are these wide leg trouser style jeans? I obviously don’t own these (yet) but from the looks of them, they look SO comfortable and drapey. And similarly to what I mentioned above, I’m all about a minimal look. Honestly, all you need here is a fitted tee tucked into that paper bag waist and you’re good to go. These would look cute with flat sandals or sneakers! Shop more wide leg jeans here.
OFF-WHITE DENIM
Keeping with the wide leg trend, I love these off-white wide leg jeans. As much as I love a good skinny jean, sometimes I just want my legs to breathe a little. Am I right? My current pair of white jeans is so old, it’s for sure time for a new pair. Bonus for the fraying at the bottom – if you need them shorter you can just DIY!
DESTRUCTED DENIM
Last but not least, are these worn in jeans by Free People. I know if I get these, the first thing my dad will do is ask, “Did you pay money for those holes?” YEP. Sure did! I mean, I cant make a good knee hole like that on my own. I also want to call out the price here: at $98 these are a SOLID purchase, leaving you money in your bank account for other spring items. Raise your hand if you’re ready for spring denim!
