Stripes are such a versatile pattern that I love to wear them year round. They are super cute on dresses (so that I can feel like I’m in the French Riviera), but I also love them laid back and casual like the weekend look you see here.

Black and white always makes a classic pairing, but I am loving the rich jewel tones for fall like navy and burgundy.

As it starts to cool off, I love using stripes as transitional pieces. With striped dresses, I love pairing them with tights and booties so that it feels fall appropriate but still effortless. You can also throw a striped around your waist or over whatever you’re wearing to give your outfit a little extra.
