Camouflage print tends to be synonymous with a casual vibe but I’m here to make the case that it’s completely okay for date night, too!
I love camo print. I feel like it always comes in and out of style but I never really stopped loving it. This button up shirt is super versatile because you can wear like I am here, or if you do want to go the casual route, wear it open with a t-shirt under it.

A leather mini skirt like this one definitely dresses up the military print. I’ve had this skirt forever and this year the brand decided to update the silhouette to this version with slightly different sides. It’s still high waist so you’ll get the same effect that you see here. Usually I go for a half tuck, but I wanted things to look a little more polished for this outfit and so I tucked my camouflage print shirt in all the way. It’s a little more dress up that way, too.
In the spirit of keeping things “date night” themed, I paired this look with these ankle tie heels. The camo print and the leather is almost a tough girl look, but the heels with the pretty ties give it just enough feminine flair. I think this will look really cute with heeled booties like these too if it’s already too cold for sandals where you are.
This sparkly clutch is a fun way to add a little pizzazz into any ordinary date night. How fun are the lighting bolts? It’s just the right amount of rock ‘n’ roll. It also fits all of the essentials – keys, phone, money, and my lipgloss.
There are soooo many cute camouflage print pieces out there right now – I just got this sweatshirt while in NYC and now the obsession is real. The first step is admitting you have a problem, right?
