Every so often there are some brands that I seriously just love.
I’ve decided to start writing dedicated posts featuring favorite labels that I come across, whether it’s a well-known brand that’s already a household name or a little gem from Downtown LA. Keep an eye out for future brands I can’t get enough of – and feel free to share your faves, too!
The first brand that I can’t keep myself from gushing over is the Sincerely Jules collection.
You may know Julie Sariñana from her blog of the same name, and her clothing has been around for a few years now, but she recently launched her Cali-girl basics at Nordstrom, making her style now even more accessible than ever. With 3.9 million followers, it’s safe to say the girl knows something about putting an outfit together.
I decided to feature Sincerely Jules first because, as an ex-fashion industry girl, designing your own line is something that I can relate to and only dream about. I think it’s super admirable that Julie has been able to take her blog from 0 to 100 and then leverage that into an actual business where people quite literally buy her style.
This black peasant top I’m wearing here is newer to the collection, and a great piece to take from summer to fall. It’s linen, so it’s been keeping me cool in our recent 100+ degree weather (I seriously can’t even deal with this right now), but come fall it’s going to look so chic with a pair of black skinny jeans and some booties. I can put a cami under it for a little extra warmth, or add a faux fur vest over it to keep on par with the boho vibe of the blouse. Sometimes I think that these types of blouses can get uncomfortable around the neckline and under the armpits, but this was washed to feel just lived-in enough. It’s so soft that I could probably sleep in it!
SHOP THE LOOK
Hopefully, I’ll post on this series once a month, and would love any suggestions. Are there any brands that you love and would love to share with me? I’m a huge fan on finding awesome brands through word of mouth!
You can shop Sincerely Jules at Nordstrom, Revolve, and Shopbop. Here’s just a handful of some of my favorite pieces from the collection:
