I’m going to keep this short and sweet for you today. As we inch closer to warmer weather, that means bridal showers, engagement parties, and weddings. With these events, you may find yourself in need of a new outfit in the next few months. Fear not, I’ve got you, girl! Today I’m sharing 12 floral dresses under $100 that you can wear to a spring wedding, or whatever festivity may come your way.
In my last post, I hinted that there was going to be some floral blossoming on this blog. Well, here we are. #badpunintended
I don’t know if there’s just better floral print out there or if I’m simply just starting to embrace the pattern. Maybe with this late spring I’ve been so devoid of all things real flower that I crave it now whenever I can? Who knows? Either way, it’s led to this super springy roundup of my favorite floral dresses.
I found this dress by J.O.A on Shopbop, which kind of sparked the idea for this post. Honestly, I was not convinced that I could find even 10 floral dresses under $100 that I liked. But I ended up at 12! Although the dress is only $89, it’s pretty well made. At a price point like this I wouldn’t expect the straps to be adjustable. However, they actually are, so you can truly get a perfect fit. There’s also a little snap at the chest and I suppose if you can get away with it, you can leave it undone. Unfortunately, I do not fall into that category so the snap stayed – well – snapped.
There’s a cute little sash attached to this dress that’s much needed to help define my waist. This is definitely a great call on the designer’s part. The high-low hem makes it super versatile and perfect for those events when you’re not sure how formal or casual to be.
A classic nude sandal is always a safe bet, but I opted for this slightly darker brown ankle strap pair for this dress. I felt like the brown in the shoes actually made the yellow of the flowers pop a little more! Can we also talk about this white circle Brahmin bag? The croc texture is so fun (faux, of course) and the shape is right on trend.
Like I said above, warm spring weather brings important events with family and friends, but any of these dresses can also be dressed down for a girl’s weekend brunch. Want to know my favorite way to make a dress more casual? Click here.
